Reports in compliance with Circular No 6. dated Hd. Qrs. Asst. Comr. State of Va Richmond Va Jan. 24,1867. States that some excitement and dissatisfaction was caused by parades of the Freedman. The parades were discontinued and the excitement allayed States that but little interest is manifested by the freedmen in the cause of temperance and but a small number have signed the Pledge 6 [[stamp]] STATE OF VIRGINIA.
