on in the work of self improvement in education - in morals - in industry & in the science of political economy & civil government by persons & means outside of anything that can or will be done for them by those with whom they are now living until they are sufficiently advanced in Knowledge of what is necessary to be done & the best way to do it their new condition will be a worse one than their former I could give facts & reasons in abundance to sustain the above if it were necessary
