Dist. of Mississippi Vicksburg Miss Captain, I have the honor to call your attention to the fact, that you sent me only (140) one hundred and forty pounds of flour for (7) seven Employees in the Qr Mr. Department for the month of April, 1867, and would respectfully ask if I am not entitled to (236) two hundred and thirty-six pounds or (96) ninety-six pounds more than received.
