Sir, I have the honor to inform you that in compliance with instruction from Hdqrs in Sub Dist of Miss Bu.R.F. and A.L. dated May 11th 1867, I have declared that the proceeding of the Probate Court of Jasper Co. in binding John Bragg and Alfred Bragg to Mrs Mary H. Bragg, are null and void; and order the said Mary H Bragg to return the said children to your Custody.
You will not go for the children, but wait for her to send them to you; After sufficient time having lapsed for her compliance with this order (as she has been notified by same mail, you will notify this office of her compliance should the children be delivered to you) or her noncompliance should the children be not delivered.
