Asks for information how to fill out the School Report blanks. States that she has met with opposition from the citizens relative to the establishment of her school, but no violence has been offered. Inquires whether a marriage between a freedman and a half breed woman (Indian) is considered legal. Further she states that the freedmen are imposed upon and are complaining that it is of no use for them to go to the Bureau, they will do nothing for them for they never have; nor will the U.S. Commissioner there.
