Bu. R. F. and A. Lands.

Head Qurs, 2nd Division 4th Sub Dist. Va.
Goochland I. H.
June 30th 1868.

General:
I have the honor to submit the following Reports in regard to the Condition of Bureau Affairs in my Division for the month of June, 1868.
During the month now closing I have distributed to indigent colored people the supplies of clothing furnished by the Bureau and also a part of the box of clothing received from the Natick (Map.) Benevolent Society, - a Society that has been in existence for more than forty years, and is one of the established institutions of the old Bay State, and has accomplished a vast amount of good.
The Freedmen in this District seem to be doing well generally -- are all at work, and seem anxious to discharge their duties as good and loyal citizens. I have heard no complaints of ill-treatment during the month.
