Forwards papers transferring to Mr W.H. Martin the property belonging to him at Harpers Ferry. States that he is said to be in Richmond. that his friends have written him to call of Col Browns office &c. Requests that he take receipts to a magistrate and acknowledge the signature, and retain the triplicate and return the duplicates.
