There are at present living on the place four women and seven children under the age of 13. two of the women are sick-

No pay'mt to be made until the work is completed The enclosed bids do not specify that materials and labor are both included in the price offered.

Supt &c with special reference to statements in affidavit of Harrison Robertson (marked "D.") that attested copies of Amnesty oaths taken by the parties in interest. and Special Pardon granted to said Harrison Robertson are on file with Col Brown Asst Com'r- John S Burroughs Administrator &c has qualified as County Clerk for Princess Ann County taking the prescribed oath of allegiance to the U.S. Gov't- The farm can be restored without detriment to the freedmen-
