The requests were retained until the parties should appear to claim them. The constant hiring out of those receiving support from government or treated for disease causes their disappearance.
The Richmond request however was returned in consequence of promise of Qr Mr Dept that they would send parties to Richmond on Gov't boat and save expenses,
Twelve only were sent and when notified that no more boats were going. the order was returned you.
