Endorsed Richmond Va Jan 14th 1866 Respectfully returned. The arrangements with the medical faculty of the college is that sick freedman able to go to the college building shall be attended to there. Two hours a day are appointed for that purpose. Those who are not able to go to college building by sending their names; and proper adress they can be attended at quarters.
