Respectfully returned. The arrangements with the medical faculty of the college is that sick freedman able to go to the college building shall be attended to there. Two hours a day are appointed for that purpose. Those who are not able to go to college building by sending their names; and proper adress they can be attended at quarters. I sent to Luit Merrill a copy of the arrangements which is also in the daily papers. I will tomorrow
