Respty returned to Col. O. Brown Asst Com with the information that this case was thoroughly investigated by me, and afterwards submitted to the court. Agnes Peters was represented by the best legal talent in this city. It was clearly proven that she did sign the deed. In fact all the statements that she made to me before the investigation. were proven to be untrue. This case occupied some five or six days, and every thing was done for Agnes that the Bureau had power to do.

I believe that that the woman is insane.
