Respty forwarded. Mr Smith is a Loyal Refugee I have furnished him with rations when he has applied to me, and deeming him Entitled to such aid shall continue to provide rations for his family unless otherwise ordered.
His request for seed oats and corn is forwarded for the action of Asst Com'r.
I have seen the commission and discharge referred to in this communication. as well as some of the other papers mentioned - I believe the statement of the applicant.
