The within named Lt Massey 105th New York Vols was transferred Nov 25th 1863 to the Veteran Reserv Corps and assigned to the 5th Reg't, 
He was ordered to report to you for duty by special order No 637 para 19 Dec 13th, 1865 from this office. 
Please advise him to return the amount fraudulently over drawn and inform him that his pay has been stopped until the same is satisfactorily accounted for. 
This to be returned action noted
