Scott the purchaser of the estate as executors sale. until this suit is settled Rev McRay is in no danger of being ejected as tenant and his personal property in any event is only liable for the rent. which made his lease (by which he now holds) he is bound to pay

Such being the case. I have directed Rogers to keep the girl, who was much disturbed at the prospect of leaving her home, which is a good one.

Orders have also been also been given to restore the wife of the within named Nat Jenkins to him & to prevent similar outrages in future.
