2 The camp for the destitute and disabled freedmen is located [[]] this track of land, the Government Barracks hut to left by the M. S. Army, making comfortable quarters. It is situated about four miles from the city, and is in a healthy locality. 

4. On this farm, two white men immediately after the evacuation, moved, and put in a small crop of corn. they have been allowed to remain as tenants of this office, and are to pay the Bureau one grain teel of the crop. 

5 About one hundred and fifty freedmen, and on this farm, about fifty of them self supporting and cultivating the farm, this farm was abandoned by the owner to engage in this rebellion and left in charge of his servants with a part of the stock, tools to on it, he is now in Canada. 

9. These buildings were used as a Confederate hospital during the war, they will accommodate about (600) Six hundred patients there are but few negroes, on this place they are self supporting.
