-Mrs. Peed, rather than Reed. This is confirmed by other reports fromt this district from other months. They are in alphabetical order, and in past months, this listing has been surrounded by "P" entries.
fixed the rest of the 'virtue', changed Beatty @ $45 to Beatty @ $75 the wise farm buildings entry, I believe the last word is 'huts'
