About the 20th of July 1865 I presented the within order to the officer in charge of the property mentioned herein by whom I was informed that he would be through using it in about one week, when I could have it. When I next called I was informed that my property had been turned over with the mill to Freedmans Bureau. I have the honor to request of you an order for the delivery to me of the property referred to in the within order
