then I will and direct that all my other houses and lots in the City of Norfolk except the one on Washington and Boush Streets be rented out by my Executors for one or two or three years and the rents and profits arising therefrom to be applied to the payment of said debts and should not all of the foregoing provisions be sufficient for that purpose, then I direct my Executors to pay the same from any source which may be thought best and advisable. 

Secondly I give and devise to my dearly beloved wife Margaret C Dey the house and lots on Washington and Boush Street together with all my household and kitchen furniture of every kind and description and all my servants the fifty shares of Exchange Bank Stock heretofore excepted, when the same shall be redeemed from all incumbrances. To have & to hold the same absolutely and in fee simple, upon her relinquishing her dower in all my other property, I do also give to my wife aforesaid all of the surplus of the finds and property set apart for the payment of my debts, should there be any such surplus the same to be used in the maintenance and education of my younger children, and only subject to distribution after the death of my wife aforesaid
 
Thirdly - I give to my several children as follows. 1st I give to my son George W. Dey the stock of Drugs &c in the store now occupied by him he paying the debts due on the account thereof also the store and dwelling on Main St now occupied by Camp & Brother
