Warwick County }  to wit. This is to certify, I was the Clerk of the County Court of the County aforesaid for many years previous to the breaking out of the late war, and at the time of its inauguration, and the sole custodian of the records of said Court: And that the Land Records of said Court show John Randle dec, to have died seized and possessed of a tract of land, situated in said County. Known as the "Sweet Springs," containing One Hundred and fifty three acres; And that Martha M Haynes his widow is entitled to the same; she having never transferred or sold the same.

Given under my hand this 14th day of Nov 1865

This day Martha M Haynes whose name is signed, to the application hereto annexed, personally appeared before me, and made oath, that she is the owner of a tract of land in the County of Warwick containing One Hundred and fifty three acres. Known as the "Sweet Springs"; that she has taken the Amnesty oath, prescribed in the Presidents Proclamation of May 29th 1865 & that she is not included in any of the classes therein excepted from the benefits of said oath. Given under my hand this 14th day of Nov 1865
