Mr. Henneberry received permission from the Genl. in Command to go into the lines of the so called Confederacy. He was arrested by the rebels and placed under heavy bonds, on the charge of being a Northern spy. He has taken the Amnesty oath_ He has had the reputation of being a Union man. Charles E.
