vs
All the right title interest and estate of W. S Jones in and to a certain tract of land or farm in Warwick County District of Virginia containing 215 acres more or less, and Bounded north and south by James River East by his other land. 

On motion of L. H. Chandler Esqr. United States District Attorney it is ordered by the Court that the libel and all proceedings herein be dismissed, upon the payment of the costs of said proceedings.
