York County to wit

Henry F Jones this day personally appeared before me a Justice of the Peace in and for the County of York and State aforesaid and made oath that the paper hereto annexed is a true copy of the last will & testament of his mother Mary A Jones dec'd. & that the said last will and testament will be probated as soon as the witnesses thereto, who reside in a remote part of the State can be summoned to prove the same. Given under my hand this 3rd day of October AD 1865.
