I, Jno. B. Jones a citizen of Onancock [[strikethrough]] on [[/strikethrough]], Accomac Co Va. resididing [residing] temporarily at this place for the benefit of his health, and for the purpose of reading the proof sheets of his "Rebel Diary of the War" - now in press in Phil - do solumnly [solemnly] swear that I do not come under any of the exceptions to amnesty in the President's Message; and that I voluntarily took the amnesty oath in Apr 1865.
