Norfolk. Sept 19. 1865.

Mrs Camilla A Moore respectfully petitions the United States Government for the restoration of her property on Queen St. now in the Freedmen's Bureau. 

Mrs. Moore encloses a copy of the Amnesty Oath - a deed of the property - and a Certificate from the District Attorney that said property has never been libeled for confiscation.

She begs leave to state that she has paid the War, & other Taxes as they were assessed, and has not been out of this department during the War -, and knows of no barrier to the restoration of her property and the rents thereof since April 1st 1864 at which time it has placed in the Freedman's Bureau.
