I, Andrew S. Hill, do certify upon oath that I am well acquainted with Thos M. Murray, who is making application to have a piece of land now in charge of the Govt, lying in the County of Princess Anne Va and containing about 66 2/3 acres, restored to him; the said Thos M. Murray is the son of David Murray, who died about the year 1856 in Princess Anne seized of the said land, known as the Grey Tract, containing in the whole 133 1/3 acres, which has since been divided between the said Thos M. Murray and his brother David E. Murray the other and only children of said David Murray giving to each 66 2/3 acres. This is the same mentioned in the division herewith filed by the said Thos M. Murray.
