Having taken the oath of Amnesty A copy of which will be found with the accompaning papers, and being free from any one of the exceptions made [[strikethrough]] hereto [[/strikethrough]] by the Presidents Proclamation of May 29th 65 I respectfully ask that my property now held by the Freedmen's Bureau and described in these papers may be restored to me.
