Colonel:
Robert Saunders, a citizen of Williamsburg, Va., having received the Special Pardon of the President, you are hereby directed to restore, so far as the jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, the property of which he is the owner, now held by this Bureau abandoned.
Said property is claimed to be - one tract of land in York County, Va., near the City of Williamsburg.
This property is to be restored subject to the requirements of Circular No. 3, of May 22nd 1865, from this Bureau, and upon condition that present lessee from the Government be allowed to retain possession until the expiration of their leases.
