3 The said Aaron Jeffery died in the City of Norfolk, in the latter part of the year A.D. 1865, leaving a widow, Roberta, and seven children, all of whom are still minors, named Anne; Archer; Fanny A; Mary; Richard W; Roberta; and Aaron. None of them are married. 

4 There is no previous lien on the said property; and no other deed of Trust upon the same, except one, executed by said Fitzgerald & wife, after the date and after the recording of the first-mentioned Deed of Trust: and said deed of Trust also conveys the same property to me as Trustee to secure Richard W. Jeffery. But, independent of this Conveyance, the legal title to the said property is in me as Trustee in the first-mentioned Deed of Trust.

5. The said John E. Tunis, the creator in the said first named Deed of Trust, died in the year 1866, leaving a widow and an infant child.

6. The said Richard W. Jeffery is still living - and has been pardoned by the President for participating in the Rebellion. A copy of said pardon is herewith filed, marked (B.) and prayed to be taken as a part of this Petition. -
