This property to be restored subject to the requirements of Circular No 3, of May 22nd, 1865, from this Bureau, and upon condition that present lessees from the Government, if there are any, be allowed to retain possession until the expiration of the leases.

Nothing in the Order of restoration is to be construed as giving any claim upon the Government for damages or rents which have accrued prior to the pardon of the President.
