This requisition is disapproved. Two Hospital tents in my opinion are sufficient — as these Hospital tents will be useless after being infected with small pox — and as they are very expensive, I think more economical arrangements could be made for small pox patients — but if not — I will approve a requisition for two — and if it seems absolutely necessary three Hospital tents
