Respty returned. There is a demand in most of the counties in this Dist for good reliable farm hands. I think at least 500 of that class could at any time find employment in this Dist at good wages.

Respty returned. It appears from the endorsement of Gen'l Armstrong that the buildings referred to have already been turned over to the Bureau. That being the case, Gen'l Brown can make use of the buildings as he may see fit. No Gov't property can however. be definitely transferred to private individuals or associations, but must be borne upon the returns of some accountable officer
