 Respty returned to Maj Gnl O.O.Howard  Commissioner &c. One of the Inspectors alluded to within was Lt Col Horace Weide on duty at these Ho'd Qrs who immediately relieved Lt Joyce and ordered him to report to the Supt of the District. Col Weide reported his action to the Asst Commr who approved the same. 
The Bureau in this State has no further need of the services of Lt Joyce.
