This property was held as "abandoned" and all increase of stock so held. is by an invariable rule of the Bureau not returned upon restoration of other property. Genl Brown has in reference to the increase of stock within applied for. specially directed that it shall not be restored"

The committee of the church believe the prisoner is innocent of all crime. They further state that he had always borne a good character
