The case seems to be one claiming damages for defendant alleged improper disposition of plaintiff's horse, but the amount of damages claimed is not given_ Neither does there appear to have been any specific decision by the Freedmens Court. for Halifax Co. The general opinion of the civilian judges and that of the Asst Supt not showing what was actually done by the tribunal If any judgement was rendered it should appear. also if any appeal was taken.
