I have the honor to forward corrected copy of Report of Freedmen in Camps Colonies &c., for the month of February 1867. correcting error in price of ration to Hospital patients in Freedman's Hospital, Yorktown Va, from .15 5/10 cts to .17 45/100 cts. per ration.

The error was made by the A.C.S. at Yorktown. and was not discovered till after my Report was forwarded.

The "retained copy" in this office has been corrected.
