Warrenton Va May 14, 1866 MacNulty W.A. Lieut and Asst Supt Reports in compliance with Circular No 18 c.s. from Head Quarters Asst Commissioner state Va. that he has had but one case of destitution (white) reported to him since his connection with the Bureau and who has since died. And in accordance with Par 2 of same circular reports that as yet there are no cases either white or black who are not able to provide the necessary seed for planting - as there was considerable corn raised last season.
