Reports in compliance with Par 6, Circular No 10 from Hd Qrs. Asst Supt. Va. that there has been but three (3) col'd men committed for trial during the month. Every opportunity was afforded them to introduce evidence. No cases of injustice to Freedmen has come under his observation wince the turning over of case to the civil authorities.
Justice thus far has been impartially administered. The [[calendar?]] of crime in that county among Black is very small.
