An extraordinary strong case must be presented by a black against a white man in order to get a process against him.  Except a complaint should be against a Union Man. in which case pains would be taken to have the party arrested and brought to trial — thereby using such cases as an appearance of justice toward the blacks — the Newspapers quoting such decision in their endeavors to prove that fairness is dealt the blacks in all cases.
