Colonel:
I have the honor to forward through your office to that of the Asst. Commissioner, State of Va., the following report for the month of June 1867; in compliance with circular No 10 Dated Hd. Qutrs. Asst. Com’r, Richmond Va. March 12th 1866.
There have been no complaints made to me by the Freedmen of my Div. during the last month, of injustice being done them. I have attended many trials and have no doubt but my presence was beneficial to the Freedmen concerned in suits.
