With those of the Magistrates of this Division who are Disfranchised an Union White man, or a Freedman will stand a very poor chance to receive justice on account of their prejudices, and the removal of all Magistrates and Officers of the Courts who are Disfranchised and their places filled by good Union men, would be a source of great satisfaction to the Loyal people, and then, and not till then would they receive Justice without prejudice.

I am very Respectfully
Your obedient Servant.
