In compliance with Circular No 10 Dated Hd. Qrs. Asst. Comr. Richmond Va March 12th 1867.

I have the honor to report that the following named persons who were tried and convicted, by the court of Fauquier County, and sentenced as follows,

Edward Minor, convicted of Felony, Sentenced to Penitentiary for Ten years.

Adolph White, convicted of Misdemeanor - sentenced to Four Months confinement in the County Jail

Ellen Pearce and Richard Banks, charged with Felony, and convicted of Petit Larceny, sentenced[[crossed-out]]ed[[/crossed-out]] to Six Months confinement in the County Jail.
