not only to be severe in their decision and sentences when on a Jury, but to place very little or no Faith in the evidence given by Colored people, and it is now desirable to have Colored people placed in the Jury box in order that Justice may be shown to white and colored alike. The feelings of prejudice is no doubt much stronger since the Election for the Whites have seen that the Colored people in this Division are as a Unit.
