his furnace and by him directed to build these Shanties three in number, and that Mr Rossett has sued Mr. Hardman for damaged done his property, by running a railroad through it. cutting timber &c. to the extent of forty thousand dollars, and that I can discover no reason why this claim is not included in that suit. In due event fifty dollars ($50.00) is a liberal allowance, and it is respectfully recommended that no further action be taken in the matter.
