[[Alpheus Rowlett]].  
Osborne Thomas, David Thomas, Winny Gregory, Lucy Thomas and Patricia Robertson (all colored)

Osborne Thomas and David Thomas found guilty & sentence to pay a fine of $50 each and to be confined in jail 90 days.  Lucy Thomas found guilty of being an accomplice & sentenced to imprisonment for 30 days.

Winney Gregory & Patricia Robertson discharged.
