without a settled home and was an unfit person to have the care of her child. The Child is 12 years of age and was examined in open Court in presence of all parties. She said she did not wish to go to her Mother but to remain where she was and the Court decided to leave her for the present with the Plaintiff.

Claims Wages for services of his wife from this fall of Richmond to Christmas.

In this case it appears there was a specific agreement, which was complied with on the part of the Defendant, judgement for Defendant.

Claims wages from fall of Richmond to August 11th 1865.
