Mary Trueman. cold. vs. Paul Patrick } Recovery of wages, (due soon.)
Plntff [[Plaintiff]] allowed Four 7/100 Dolls.

Giles Banks. cold. et. al. vs. Nicholas White- white } Occupancy of land.
Plea that Dfdt. be restrained from ejecting Plntff. et. al. from that portion of the Parrish Farm, now held by them.

It appearing that the Plntff. et al. had occupied the land claimed, for the period of two years; paying rent for the same, and that due notification had not been given, that said land would require to be vacated, after its restoration to former owner. It also appearing that the Dfdt. Nicholas White, lessee, had during Dec. 1865, assured the Plntff. et. al. of undisturbed possession of their tract of said land; The Court ordered that Giles Banks et. al. be secured in possession of the hitherto cultivated portion of said "Parrish Farm" occupied by Plntff. et. al. for the balance of the year 1866.
