It appearing that Jesse Morris was a factory hand, and that he had the ague during the Autumn and that he remained on Deft's farm with the understanding that Def't. would give him what he was able; and his laziness being established by evidence; the Court Orders Def't. to furnish him four bushels of Corn in lieu of clothes due.

Mary Ann & Sally Ann had three and four children respectively which were supplied by Deft, and which were too small to be of any service. The Court considers that they have been fully compensated.
