Action for Debt.

It appearing that Def't. hired from Jos. Moody not an Agent of Pltf. a horse belonging to Pltf. and upon Pltf. claiming the horse was charged by and under protest paid to Def't. the sum of twelve dollars board for said horse, the Court renders the following

Decision: that Def't unjustly claimed the sum above named and he is ordered to refund it at once.
