Dandridge Johnson Freedman versus Wm. M. Wileroy
Action for pay for two months work during last year.

The Plaintiff went to work for the defendant 22d May 1865 and left Sept 4th 1865.

From the evidence produced the court are of the opinion that the defendant is to pay the plaintiff at the rate of $8. for 21 working days. while deducting the days the Plaintiff was away and the amount furnished by the defendant $12.78. The defendant is yet to pay the Plaintiff the sum of $10.00.

The defendant was to give them what they were worth at the end of the year provided they would remain all the year.
