Thomas Gay states I had missed other things out of the Mill and set a trap for him. He was the only one in the mill. I ordered him out twice but he still remained arguing when I hit him with my open hand.

The court decided to fine the defendant in the sum of two dollars, and allowed him five days to pay the same.

Charge Ownership of Boat

Robert Henry states that he has now in his possession a boat that is his lawful property, it was stolen from him about four years ago and found it in the possession of Geo. W. Hogg about eighteen months since, and took it away. Hogg now claims the boat.
